I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my employees treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on client support and being good citizens.
